All fireworks I bought worked fine and entertained us all. However we ran into several issues with our boxes. The wrong fireworks inside and 2 were missing from one box and has a small whistle screeched missing a fuse. A little disappointed when you're doing a backyard bash and don't have what's advertised. We'll have to have the store open boxes before purchasing next time.

I just want to say this company is awesome!!! I had a bad box of fireworks, probably due to being old who knows. I reached out to them and they didn’t pass the blame they made it right!!!! I wish more companies acted as professional as Mystical does!!!! Just want to say thank you again!!! These fire works where for a special event and they made it right!!!! Highly recommend and I will make sure I always buy the mystical brand!!!

Amazing selections, excellent customer service. Employee there took time to explain and showed video sample .Clean and well organized facility. Price is on the average to high side. Quality we shall find out in few weeks and I will try to comment on it as I find out. Place is a bit hidden but you will find.

The crew at Mystical are absolutely amazing. After Costco was forced to stop selling fireworks due to a complaint out of B.C., Mystical stepped in to fill the gap. They even decided to honour last years Costco prices! Mark and Colin went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough. I've been ordering from Mystical through Costco for years now and their products are amazing and their prices are unbeatable. These are not your typical backyard fireworks either.
