Dr. Kreeshna Rana is an alumnus of the University of Windsor where she received her Bachelor of Science. Dr. Rana has been practicing full scope optometry in the Windsor area since 2012. She has also been trained in performing Low Vision exams. Dr Rana grew up in Tecumseh, Ontario and now resides in Belle River; where she is looking forward to taking care of all your vision needs in her home town.

We offer Lasik pre and post operation appointments as well as referrals to the top doctors in the city. Retinal imaging takes a digital picture of the back of the eye. It helps optometrists better assess the health of the back of the eye.
Diabetic retinopathy is a complication due to diabetes in the eye. It occurs mainly from uncontrolled blood sugars, or if you have been diabetic for a long period of time. It is caused by damage to the blood vessel in the retina (the back of the eye). Initially, patient may not noticed any symptoms or vision problems, but it can lead to serious eye issues, which can cause blindness.
The pre-test is a preliminary part to an eye exam where one of the assistants aid the doctor by getting the patient ready. The pretest generally takes about 5 minutes and the patient will be asked some basic questions: What brings you in today? Issues? Some testing will be done depending on the patient's age and purpose of their appointment.
