Hearing Aid Fitting Report

Before a hearing aid fitting is scheduled, we will do a thorough hearing test. Based on the results of this test, your audiologist will be able to determine how loudly sounds need to be amplified so they are audible to you, as well as how to compress loud noises so they aren't painful to your ears.

Hearing Aid Repair Report

If your hearing aid doesn't sound quite the way it used to, there may be an internal issue with the device. Sound Therapy Hearing Centre can repair most hearing aid types or send it out for repair to the manufacturer. We'll be able to tell you how long it will take to fix and offer you loaners in the meantime.

Excellent facility for hearing impaired people. Compassionate and especially caring staff. Hearing aids and diagnostic for everyone needing help. Large carpark. Good for handicapped or disabled using wheelchairs and who suffer with mobility issues.

We had an issue with the Kincardine location, so we went to the Goderich location - what night & day! The Goderich staff were far quicker (they were able to get results in 15 minutes, when Kincardine couldn't get results after 3-4 visits and 30-60 minutes each visit) If you need to visit Sound Therapy - make the trip to Goderich! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Love my new swim plugs AND sleep moulds! They are the most comfortable plugs I've ever experienced. I can finally get a good night sleep. Great service and quick response time! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I just received my newest (3rd set) from Sound Therapy in Goderich. These hearing aids are rechargeable so now I don't need to spend money on batteries! I can't wait to test my hearing as these are the latest in techology.. My experience was so excellent and everybody should go to Goderich.
