I am so angry with the service. Google shows that they close at 6.00 pm still Just to make sure I called them and asked the lady about closing time and she told me it’s 5.00 pm and I was ok with that since its understandable that its covid issue but I managed to reach there after my work sharp at 4.50 pm thinking that it’s just one letter that I have to post so it won’t take more than five minutes or so but she didn’t entertain me and in fact started an argument telling me that she has to wrap up and close and ut was not something professional. It was urgent for me but she wasn’t ready

Very irresponsible..... we did courier few months ago to India.. and our one thing was missing from the box ..they took my stuff out from the box and never give us response..we sent 5 to 6 time email and messages to these guys but they didn't reply us... very bad experience .....

Please dont trust this company and also the people. not at all trust worthy. because they operate under different names so that in case they lost your courier it takes you hellof a time to first figure out who is Responsible. i strongly recomend not to send your stuff with them as per my personal experience. its been 6 months and still they take no responsibility of my 23kg luggage which i trusted them to deliver to india. still it havent reached india. they are scam.

Do not use this company. We used them to send a suitcase to India and were told delivery in 10 days. After 10 days, we called them many times to find out where our bag was. Tracking information was never updated. Suitcase arrived after 3 weeks. It had been opened and items were missing. After, we called them; they gave us an e-mail address to which we sent our complaint, and have not yet got a reply back. Worst customer experience ever!
