We rented the Cadillac XTS limousine for a 21st birthday party. Every facet of this company was a pleasure. Getting a quote was easy (love the automation), receiving a preliminary phone call from our driver, Ken Puhy, was refreshing - he wanted to know details so he could make the evening better, and payment was easy. But really, the driver has the ability to make or break a limo experience and our driver, Ken Puhy, was phenomenal, can't recommend him enough - arrived early, provided decorations inside the limo, researched our routes and destinations prior to arriving, was extremely professional

I have to first start off by saying that Ken was absolutely the best driver. He definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us from the beginning to the end. We hired Dream limosine to celebrate the death of my uncle by taking a tour of the city to some of his favorite places. We had a few changes along the way and Ken was more than willing to accommodate us. Dream limosine help make this day special as we celebrated my uncles life.

We used Dream Limousines for our wedding and we were extremely pleased with the service. Ray was our driver and we could not recommend him more, he was extremely professional throughout the day. He arrived ahead of the pickup time and reviewed the itinerary point-by-point with me beforehand. He gave me his card right away in case we needed to contact him at any point. The bus was very clean at pickup and Ray showed all the controls/Bluetooth etc. While taking photos Ray was very helpful with moving the bus around. We were very pleased with our service and would recommend to anyone for a wedding

Dreams Limousine helped make my 40th birthday amazing. Our driver Matt was awesome. He was prompt, polite, and a lot of fun. Ryan is who we spoke to when booking, and he was very friendly and made booking the limo very easy! The limo bus was very clean and fit the 10 of us perfectly. The party bus we booked for our wedding was amazing. Better quality than others I’ve been on. We did the 25 person bus and there was plenty of room, plus a spot for coolers and champagne to sit in ice. Driver was extremely accommodating and fulfilled ever special request. Very punctual and on time with everything. Recommend to others.

So impressed…. Dream Limousine delivered on a wonderful group outing to the Tiger’s game. The coach bus was CLEAN, the price was RIGHT and our driver Raymond - made our outing definitely unique and beyond our expectations. I can’t say enough about Raymond - He arrived early, was friendly and cared that our group was having a good time and comfortable. He is also a very good photographer! This whole adventure with Dream Limo was an excellent deal. Mike called me when I sent in my e-mail, said he could work out an great deal if I could move my schedule just a few hours. He also said if I couldn’t he would still be there on time and ready at 5PM. I was able to move my schedule and that’s when the fun began. He recommended some places downtown for us to see. We are from Arizona. Then Matt calls a few days out and confirmed everything. Ken the driver called a few hours before our scheduled pick up to check on us and see if we needed anything. I hired them for my wedding and originally they said they'd give me the bus for $500 plus tip. My husband called to pay and they told him $600 so I assumed that was with the tip. The driver was 15 min late and then demanded a $125 tip before he would leave the hotel to take us to the church. He didn't have the address ready even though we gave it… to him ahead of time which made us more late. Now we are getting our pictures before heading back to the reception and he is telling us he will charge us $200 if we are late. HE made us late by not being ready. A Dream Limo handled all the transport for the out-of-town entertainment at The 2015 Summer Magic Festival in Mt. Clemens. They did a great job, handled all the scheduling, hammered out the itinerary with the travelers and any and all needs. Excellent communication and customer service.
