Can't say we were overly impressed. When we signed the contract we were advised our driveway would be completed in 4-6 weeks. After 2 months from the original signed date no work had started. After an email sent to the company the extraction process was completed within a week. However, from start to finish this took 5 months, well beyond the 4-6 weeks time frame. Phone calls went unanswered unless a complaint was made. A time was given to us as to when we can expect someone, which if someone says " we will try and be there in the late afternoon, please have your garage open and access
