After rupturing my ACL, tearing my meniscus, damaging my MCL and having bone contusion in my right knee from a tennis injury, I had surgery on May 11, 2021. Two sessions into my rehabilitation at Nova Physiotherapy, under the guidance of Rob (Robert) Kelland, I can safely say that I know -- because of Rob's knowledge, guidance and attitude -- that I'm on a path to being in better shape post-operation than I was prior to being injured. This is all thanks to my surgeon and Rob. Going to physio is something I look forward to. Rob has me do the majority of the work, which is the most sustainable way
