My vehicle needed a throttle body/alternator, called Quality Automotive for a quote. Not only was the quote much less than their competitors, they were friendly, and able to get my vehicle in quickly. The repairs were done well within the time frame they told me, and I knew what the cost was prior to the repairs. I appreciated the call that the serpentine belt needed replacing, and it was done at the same time. This saved me vehicle trouble, as well as money, seeing as I wouldn't have to pay additional labour costs in the near future. I asked questions which might have been dumb, but Jeff/Grant

I have been taking vehicles to Quality Automotive Centre for years, and one thing I can honestly say is they won't sell you something you don't need. If your brakes are wearing thin they will advise you of the situation and suggest that it will have to be addressed at your next scheduled maintenance interval.
Recently my son took his car to the dealership for maintenance. They advised him that he needed $1600 worth of brake work. He took it to Quality Automotive for a 2nd opinion and they replaced what needed to be replaced and serviced the rest of the components for under $500.

We have been taking our vehicles to Quality Automotive for over 15 years and have always had great experiences. Jeff and Grant are great to deal with. They are honest and only recommend what is required for the repair. They never try to upsell you into something that isn't needed. Service is always fantastic and timely. Very bossy. I booked an appointment for 9am, but called up the next day apologised and asked if they can reschedule it for afternoon. The guy on the phone agreed. When i took the car there, an elderly man gave me a lecture about keeping my appointment. I told them about the conversation on the phone about rescheduling the appoinment and why they agreed in that case. I was told, that must be the other guy, but cant take the car now..... Seems like the guys who run the store dont have good terms among themselves... better stay away from such places....
