4 weeks ago I went to the branch on mountain road to open an account, the receptionist connected me with an account opening specialist, I was asked for my personal information, including SIN, address, employment etc, then was told that she will be in touch to finish the account set up "if they will accept me", since then I have called and left 2 messages over the last couple weeks, overall its been 4 weeks since I heard from anyone, not a single call back.
