All staff members are certified to the highest level and maintain excellence through regular continuing education.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
We are always happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us during regular business hours, or after hours through our website. You may also leave a message on our secure answering system, and one of our Receptionists will return your call the following business day.
We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 30-minute visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records.

What awesome, friendly, professional staff. They always went above and beyond for us, and seem to know all their clients on sight, and remember details about their lives, which is really cool.
My son got his braces off today and his teeth are straight and gorgeous. He received impeccable care here and I would highly recommend this orthodontist.

Dr. Peterson and staff are a wonderful group who are caring and love their jobs. All three of my kids have seen her and she has done a wonderful job with their needs. My boy has gone over the initial estimate but only because he kept breaking his brackets.

5 Star review all day long! Dr. Julianne Peterson and her team are truly amazing. They’ve created a very comfortable and fun loving environment that make you feel like part of their family! They took me in on short notice to fix my lower retainer and fitted me with a new, clear retainer in a short period of time. Thank you again, I truly appreciate you taking care of me on short notice before my trip!

I am very happy with her service . my daughter sees her but she is seeing my son from last year for free. even she put braces on his teeth without any charges . i am muslim where people gives me different look even one lady on the street told me Why you muslim come to our canada? go back to your country. i didnot answer back. well i was immigrant by canada Govt. i love canada . Dr Peterson said i didnot charge for your son because" i welcome you". she is so friendly and her stuffs too. May GOD always keep her healthy and happy on HIS path(Ameen)

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Peterson for six months now. I have to say i did check reviews before seeing her and was hesitant but wow the experience was totally not what i read on reviews. She was sweet and kind (very energetic like me) and can connect with kids easily. She is always happy and upbeat. Her enthusiastic, outgoing personality helps my shy daughter come out of her shell.
