In the modern era, antiques are no longer meant just to fill space and serve their practical purpose. Antique and vintage furnishings are now recognized as decorative works of art, focal points and conversation pieces around the house. Smaller scale English 19th Century inlaid mahogany display cabinet with glass doors and sides and fitted with three shelves. Upper back featuring original oval beveled mirror. Rare large French cherry armoire or cabinet with cabinets up and down and fitted with a bank of drawers between. A vintage, Georgian-style, eight-door bookcase with four upper glazed doors and adjustable shelves and four lower cabinets.

Staff is amazing and so knowledgeable.
The pieces are so unique and amazing quality.
Prices are unbelievable.
So many furniture styles to chose from, if you need a statement piece do yourself a favour and drop by.

I have been a happily addicted Antique Warehouse customer for at least a decade. When I'm in Vancouver, I loved stopping by to browse - the pieces on display are often breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to their sales, I've been able to acquire show-stopping furniture despite my 'beer budget.' Visitors are often stunned by what I have tucked inside my modest home...it is difficult to convey how amazing these pieces are.
Latest acquisition is a 1680s, heavily carved oak court cupboard. I can hardly tear my eyes away from admiring it - it is so gorgeous

A beautiful place for fine antiques. My number one place if I want something special for my home. You will not be disappointed. When visiting the store I’m greeted by the charming Mark, Gareth and Brian. I get so excited to see their marvellous finds from Paris. When visiting make sure to ask Mark about his incredible Coco Chanel finds. My dream is to own a piece one day. My current obsession is guilded mirrors and they have many to choose from - I can never have enough. I’m always excited with seeing the new arrivals on their Instagram. I can’t wait for my next visit.

I had in mind a piece for a particular collection. I was both surprised and delighted by the size of the store, the volume of inventory and the choices that were available to me. Walking in it was a bit overwhelming. Mark listened carefully and presented an number of options. He is clearly knowledgeable.
The attention to detail and standards of service were amazing. The fact that the delivery was delayed a day or two because they were not satisfied with how the piece had been

The Antique Warehouse is definitely the best place to go to in Greater Vancouver to look for French antique furniture. There is lots of selection for each item you might be looking for. We wanted to look at an armoire and there were at least 10 different ones to choose from. After being shown around to each of them by Mark, we settled on one that that should be perfect for us. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was great. We highly recommend that you check out the Antique Warehouse even if you not currently planning on buying any new antiques right now. It is fun to look at everything

Antiques are expensive items and our first purchase of two gilt armchairs ca. 1880 from the Antique Warehouse was done with a modicum of trepidation which, in the end, was completely misplaced. Mark and Gareth are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating about the items we purchased from them. The process from initial telephone query to final delivery using their recommended shipper (Breton movers in Victoria) was superb. My wife and I have subsequently bought a third matching armchair, several end tables, a small sideboard and, most recently, eight gorgeous Georgian Revival dining

Totally overpriced. Went to look at a piece advertised with many photos on their website. Arrived to discover that the reason they hadn't photographed the right hand side of the item was it had a giant crack, which wasn't mentioned on the site. Even in perfect condition the price they were asking for the item would have been high, but in the condition it was in the price was outrageous. Other pieces they had in store could be found elsewhere at much lower prices too.

I came in here and fell in love with a chest that I wanted for my home, sadly it was 4" too wide for my place. There was something gothic and very Game of Thrones about it. i connected with it immediately and thought that it would be perfect for my spare bedroom. The price was very reasonable. Everything else was like looking at a furniture museum. The prices are very reasonable for the items.

After spending months searching for pieces to complete my dining room, a friend recommended The Antique Warehouse. I made the 90 minute trek from Washington and met Gareth and Mark who helped me find the pieces I was looking for. This is a place that has something for everyone and all budgets. They also helped me to arrange shipping the pieces across the border which was a breeze. Their knowledge of antiques is unsurpassed. Additionally, you should check out Mark's blog. It's not only interesting from an historical standpoint but also a bit humorous at times. I highly recommend this place

One of Vancouver's best antique haunts. Unbeliedvable inventory at not to be beleived prices. The owners are extremely knowledgeable in both antiques and design and are extraordinarily helpful in helping to select the right pieces. I have truly never encountered a better antique place where people truly care about the process and will not rest till the last second that every detail is taken care of. Nor will they stop until you are completely happy with your product.
They exude extreme taste confidence and are a sheer delight to deal with. Tough act to follow for anyone in Vancouver
