To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. This company values and business ethics are extremely questionable and I strongly believe that if you are looking for roofing products, you go elsewhere. I believe it is necessary for everyone to be aware of the huge mistake we made in choosing Steel Tile Co.
To put it in short, our delivery was 3 months late after being promised a 6 week delivery. We also had zero follow-up or discussion about when our product would arrive - even after multiple emails and phone calls to try and find our product (small residential job). The delivery driver

Steel Tile Co. does not back their product nor do they honour their warranty. We purchased a burgundy steel roof for our retirement home. It matched our entrance perfectly, we loved it...after 9 years we noticed how badly it had faded to a dull reddy brown. For 7 months I sent emails with no response and made numerous phone calls, never getting by the receptionist. We sent pictures, invoices, a copy of warranty...nothing. After more persistence, we received an email stating the product performed to spec..which it most certainly did not..if it did they are selling an inferior product. ....DO NOT

I had a problem with an order being ready on time. Seems like they got busier than expected and just couldn't get my order done on time. They resolved it and had it ready in 3 days. Nothing is perfect in this world, but when a company works hard to resolve a problem as well as these folks did, I have to give them credit. The service after the missed date was exceptional!
