Our furance died and within 24hrs of calling them they had a new one and installed it for us. Was super awesome with our 3yr old constantly saying hi and was quick to get the job done right! Especially with the cold that happened. Thankyou so much 😁 one very happy family here!

They answered the phone and came out in a couple of hours. It was not an emergency so I was happily surprised at the quick response. The plumber was very kind and quickly did the job. He told me what he was doing, what had caused the problem and then he checked to make sure there were no leaks before he left. Highly recommend Derrick.

We had a leaky tap in the bathtub should have been a easy fix, when the man came first thing he said to us was if I knew this was a trailer I wouldn’t have even came. Long story short he didn’t fix our issue and we still got charged as much as if he would have plus he broke something ! Terrible service from both ends.

Excellent company to work for. Put up with my BS in 87 / 88 before I ran away to join the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) as a shipwright. Used the skills I learned there to excel at my tasks on board ship.
