Order a canoe of your choice or let the lodge staff help select the right one when you get here. If unsure about models, select "don't know - help me at the lodge". We recommend reservation to guarantee a canoe. If you are requesting a specific cabin, please specify an alternative in case your favourite cabin is already reserved.
Becker's Lodge, is an all-season adventure resort on Bowron Lake, BC. Many of our guests use or our destination resort as a base for day trips on Bowron Lake and Bowron River, or a fishing trip with a local guide.
Canoeing is among our favourite activities. Paddle the complete Bowron Lake Provincial Park Canoe Circuit or take a shorter trip to Cariboo Falls. You can also rent a canoe or kayak and go paddling for the day on beautiful Bowron Lake or down the Bowron River. Sync your activities with Mother Nature.
At Becker's Lodge on Bowron Lake, BC, Canada, many of our guests come to us year after year just to stay for a few days in our log cabins. Our resort is famous for its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, no matter what your preference for lodging is: Rustic Trapper Cabins or a Deluxe Chalet. Our main lodge building does not have hotel or motel type rooms.
Becker's Lodge offers you great camping at Bowron Lake, BC. Our campground has RV sites and tenting sites with a "Million Dollar View" view from above Bowron Lake to the nearby Cariboo Mountains. We had a very pleasant experience staying at Becker's before our trip on Bowron Lakes. We also rented a canoe and equipment from them. The process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing night before we hit the lakes. When we finished our trip and returned the equipment, we used the coin-operated showers.

Becker's has the nicest people! the cabin was clean and much nicer than expected, the equipment was exactly what we needed in the right sizes. Tim was so accommodating at taking me down to the station. I was truly blown away with how kind, capable, and helpful the Beckers staff was! Thank you for helping to make our experience awesome!

Called with fairly short notice to rent a canoe for a week to complete the Bowron Lakes circuit and I was thrilled with their services and facilities. I didn't have the chance to stay in their cabins but I have recommended them to family members and will end up staying there when I decide to come back to the circuit!

We had the most wonderful stay at Beckers Lodge. We started out in our tents for a few nights and then had a night in the Frank Kibeee cabin because we didn't want to leave!. It was our pups first camping trip and he was welcomed as well. The whole site was very clean, views were amazing, the owners lovely. Was there a downside? Ha! I thought I was used to mosquitoes, this was a whole new level of bugs, don't forget your bug spray, lol! Yes we will plan to stay again.

Probably the best part of our first trip to BC this summer was Beckers Lodge. Sadly due to covid, the food dining area was closed BUT what a view. This whole campground is amazing and clean. The owners are amazing and friendly! This is a hidden gem that Ill be coming back to yearly if possible!!
It was recently purchased so it will be getting upgrades as time goes on but even right now, this is an amazing campground. The bathrooms are locked even during open hours, however if you go to the front office theyll open it quick for you.
I highly recommend the kayaking, get it in the early morning

We had planned a one night stay at Becker's before heading out on the Bowron Lake Circuit for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the circuit was closed due to extreme flooding which left our plans up in the air. We chose to head to Becker's anyway and still make a vacation out of it. Tara worked her butt off (under a mountain of other customer requests) to do last minute reservation changes for us so that we could be accommodated. When we arrived we were greeted by Tina the new owner. What a refreshing change compared to the previous owner !! She was extremely hospitable and an absolute pleasure

Just returned from our four night vacation at the lodge and it was fantastic! We stayed in The Betty Wendle cabin and it was perfect for our group of six. Tina and Randy are so welcoming, the lodge has so much history and Tina is doing a great job of sharing it. We rented sleds and enjoyed great groomed trails into the alpine to ride the deep powder. So much area and crazy deep snow. Highly recommend the lodge and riding areas!
