I had a uhaul reservation here for 10 am. Got there no one was there and they also didn’t answer the phone. Finally got through and the woman seemed surprised I was calling and said she would be there in 15 mins. I would avoid this location if you can. Not very professional. I chose mobile pick up when I booked on the uhaul website and clearly this location does not have that option. They also forgot my utility dolly!

Had a terrible experience here, my locker was broken into and about $6k worth of stuff was stolen. Also, they have started renting to really sketchy people. I showed up one day and they were stripping copper in the parking lot of the storage units. These people show up in the morning and spread their stuff over the parking lot and then stay until the gates are locked. I know this as after my locker was broken into I made multiple trips per day until I was able to clear it out. The person managing the place knows very well what these people are doing and does nothing about it. Further to this the

I would never recommend this company to anyone, self-storage or crane ops. All of my items were ruined in their storage space and no compensation was even offered. They still charged me for the unit that month as well. On top of it, even though it is local family owned business, the service was terrible. The employees are very rude and condescending towards you. They love to throw in a backhanded compliment as well. A family member applied for a job there once and was treated very poor. The the owner/Manager said he never even received the resume from his rude employee. Overall, there lack of competence
