Gray's Auction Service Inc. is located on the southeast corner of Highways 87 & 23, 1 mile west of Harriston Ontario. North on Hwy 4 from London. Turn left (E) onto Hwy 7. In Stratford, turn right (NW) on Hwy 8. Turn right (NE) onto Highway 23 in Mitchell. Continue right (E) and then left at the second lights (NE) on Hwy 23 in Listowel.

Customer service at this place stinks. The guy at the door who appears to be the owner is very disgusting and disrespectful. Very racist!! Sometimes you can find good deals but having to deal with this guy is disturbing. Cashiers are nice but that owner needs to get some training in customer service. Not only is he disrespectful but he doesn’t care!! Won’t be putting my foot back at this place

Had lots of stuff. You have to pick thru everything to find the really good deals. Staff seemed helpful but you can tell that they were veterans freaking with the general public.

I bought a bottle of vitamins that had already been opened. I didn’t realize it until I got it home. Isn’t this a health and safety violation. Should this be reported to the health authorities?
I have to throw the bottle out because if the sell you garbage you just have to stand back and take it. And live with the yelling

Will never EVER EVER EVER return!! Dont care if they are giving away merchandise for free. The way they treat customers made me feel sick to my stomach. Was so glad to get out of there!

Great place to find deals, but you have to get there before it's picked through. Prices are pretty good on items they have, but keep in mind it's a liquidation store so wybiwyg. Recommended to test or check over your item before purchasing. If you keep these things in mind it's a great place to find deals.

Might find the odd good deal but selection is pretty limited. Most of the products are pretty beat up but there are see good deals in here. Never made a big purchase here. Mostly just food or books. You can get great deals on books here.
