Exceptional customer service. I called desperate for help getting home insurance...and I am so glad that I did. I dealt with Kathy who was very calming, knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process of getting home insurance so much easier...which was very different from my other experiences with other companies. Thanks to Kathy I was able to get insurance in time for the closing of my house!!

I have been a client since 1992. I've always had good experiences with the company. Moving here to Sarnia in 1997 I hoped to find an agent with experience, knowledge and know my needs when we talked. I found that with Ernie Bobin then when he retired I went to his daughter, Gisele, her team is such an amazing group. I had the opportunity to work with Kathy Kaloczi on 4 different properties and automobiles and was blown away by her attention to detail, timeliness, explaining what is need for automobile coming in from the USA and many other items she helped with. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything done even while I was traveling.
