I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and 'Happy' would be the right word to portray my experience. Unable to recall the name of the agent, but he's new and sits next to the main door, kudos to his courteousness and passion for customer service. Keep it up guys! Choice Travels has been our go to travel agent whenever we have needed flights booked to India.
