I had a great experience with Frank's Family Tree Service. I was contacted promptly after my request online. The next evening a gentleman came to my house at the appointment time to discuss the pruning or removal of my tree.
He was knowledgeable and helpful in making a recommendation on my tree. He suggested that mid summer was right for a follow up, when the leaves were present.

Contacted Frank after part of a massive cluster of trees fell on my neighbors fence. The remaining trees were at risk of falling on my garage, house and/or neighbors house. The tree was in a very tight spot with barely any access to reach it easily. I had another service refuse to give a quote and if they did it would an be "extremely high" price. Frank came in and realized the danger of the tree, and even with a tight, full schedule, he asked his employees to come in on the weekend and help me out. They did the job quickly and effectively, making it look easy. His price was reasonable as he was
