Trail Bicycles
Located in Courtenay, BC, we're a bike shop proudly selling bikes for men, women and children from great brands such as Trek, Ibis, Pivot, Norco, Salsa, We Are One, and Electra. We also have a great selection of used kids bikes and one of BC's largest demo fleets. A proper mountain bike, The ARRIVAL is for the aggressive rider who wants a playful bike that balances the ability to hold a line, rail corners and handle race speeds with confidence.

It does not sacrifice comfort or pedal efficiency and begs for another lap. Whether you're new to spinning or consider yourself an indoor cycling pro, you can transform your "pain cave" into a "boutique fitness studio" to make your indoor training experience feel as real as it gets.

Staff were nice and polite but I felt they almost bait and switched me. I tried to confirm in email but I feel that's not 100% after my last experience. I would check items in-store first if you must buy anything here.

I broke my rear hub on my first ride on a big road trip. I phoned around the island looking for a hub or a complete wheelset. No luck at most places. However I found what I needed at Trail. They where able to swap over my cassette and get me on my way. Super friendly helpfull staff! Also noticed a great selection of bikes, etc.

Fast, friendly and helpful repair service for my son's bike. Retail shop seemed to have mostly higher end products but the bike repair shop staff at the back seemed happy to fix all bikes. Backs onto the Courtenay Riverway bike path. Great friendly staff!

These guys know more than just tech and spec - they asked me questions and helped me determine what was best for me, and my riding style. Super impressed with the service and attention to detail. I would estimate I am at least 10% faster after visiting Trail Bicycles :)

Thanks to Ryan and Tristan for helping us with road bikes for the YANA 100 km ride on August 17, 2014. This was our first time working with TRAIL and they took the time to setup and fit our bikes for the ride. Thanks for supporting us as we rode for a great cause!!
