Absolutely LOVE Mariner Auctions! I can always find whatever I am looking for or need and ALWAYS pay a fraction of the price compared to what it would cost in stores. And of course, the staff are sooo friendly and very helpful —especially Mr. Joe! Top notch service!

I don't really have any issue with using Mariner Auction, however I would suggest avoiding any of their pallet lots. Their manifest is rarely accurate and you will be missing things that they list on there. I'm addition most, like 80% of everything in the pallet lot will be broken, missing parts and unusable. Just stick to the individual items. Stay clear of pallets.

Let me start by saying the staff there were fantastic bringing the overall rating to a 3. The website is quite clear on what you can be getting so this isn’t so much a complaint as it is a buyer beware. Great for those who have had success, don’t think I’ll be buying again unless it’s single items with return policy.
Just recently tried the whole auction thing and bought a couple “box” lots which are sold as is. What I’ve learned is Amazon will return pretty much anything. Bought a box for its electronic deadbolt…I got 2 keyways and keys, not a deadbolt, not the inside locking

They have recently switched to curbside and added a courier delivery system. Their organization and time efficiency is amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful. There are so many options to be able to obtain my items.

The staff was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating! They have so many items and the auctions are so fun to do. Doing the curbside pickup at some places can be frustrating but the customer service team at Mariner Auctions had it so organized and I was in and out and they were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

Seeing so many negative comments, I d like to just add a good one in here.
Highly addicted to trying to find an amazing deal on the site. I've been purchasing from this site for a few years and always love that I can get what I need (almost all the time) at a discount.
I've purchased a few things on here that didnt work to my liking and had no issues returning them.
The staff are friendly, I've never had an issue with any customer service and getting a purchase problem fixed.

I find the extra 30% on top of winning bid too much for a used item. I also purchased a camera which was not the same as the one they were advertising. They did take it back but it took over a month for my refund to come through. I do not use their service anymore.

Website is easy to use, sometimes have good deal. But people, before you bid, please take into consideration of the fees and HST/GST charges. For example, a handheld blender on Amazon is priced at $49.99, after tax is $57, delivered to your door, with one year guarantee, free return if doesn't work. But if you bid $40, you are actually paying $52 (fees =15% and Tax =15%), plus you need to pay gas, spend time to get there, there is risk the product doesn't work (happened many times to us in the past), so you have drive back and return it if you are lucky to get the business allow you to return,

Great customer service. Easy to navigate website and easy to use bidding software. They offer 5 days to test items to ensure they work after purchase. I picked up a printer and toner was low - they offered a choice of compensation or return of the item no questions asked. As other reviews have mentioned you need to watch for the taxes and 15% buyers premium. Also need to do your research as people tend to overpay for some types of items.
