Excellent service, very professional. Steve tested my water and made the necessary modifications to the system that had been installed by another company that was not working effectively at providing clear water. All water test results and suggestions for system mods were explained in detail and I felt very comfortable with the changes Steve recommended. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Thanks!

His test results of our water were MUCH higher than three other reputable companies, including Culligan. He claimed to be the man who wrote the water standards for NS (not true). Suggested it would cost me $15,000 for a system to correct my issues. Crystal Clear fixed ALL our water issues for less than $2,000! Moral - get at least three companies to come to your home and test your water before making a decision. Oh yes, and he did not respond to my email asking for his written test results...
