Very Rude! I called for information about Seadoo rentals, the person who answered the phone advised me no one in Ontario does Seadoo rentals and that was it. The person did not want to speak on the phone with me any longer, they could have told me about what they can provide or anything really. We are responsible professionals looking to spend some money. After I had called other Marina's in the area, they were helpful and provided me with the right direction. Very Disappointed

Friend of mine bought a brand new 2.5hp merc from the last Aug. Was told it has a 3 year warranty. Brought it in was told it needs a carburetor and that's not covered under warranty. $300 plus 4hrs labour at $130 an hour. The unit only has close to 8hrs on it. Poor service from the service department.

Our family has purchased pontoon boat, 16' runabout and several motors since 1996. We trust service and maintenance, winterizing and shrink wrapping to no one else. The Clark family and staff are polite and extremely knowledgeable. We have never been disappointed in referring others to this marina over the past many years. We strongly recommend this marina for new or used vessels of any size.

Such a bad experience. The owner seems not to be interested renting boats. Deposit was not possible in EURO. Even it's stronger than CAD. The owner probably does not know. The saying the customer is king is a foreign word. It felt like we were negotiating with a judge what punishment we get. Anyway. No boat rental for us. The best decision this day.

Your experience with Blue Beacon Marina will likely be similar to one of the many negative reviews on Google, Trip Advisor, and Yelp. To spare yourself the nightmare that we encountered, avoid this establishment and use a different boat rental company.
While I can’t speak to the conditions of all rentals, our boat (20 hp) was in very poor condition. From the dirtiness, to the state of the motor, to the broken anchor rope.
However, the key reason why our experience was terrible, was due to the owner. He was blatantly dishonest and rude. His business is based solely on misleading and overcharging

Do not waste your time renting a boat at this place!
The service provided to me and family/friends on Sunday, Aug. 20th, 2017 was horrible. On Friday we called to make a reservation of a specific boat. The person on the phone told us that there was no necessity for a reservation since the marina is full of options, and arriving anytime on Sunday would be alright to rent the boat desired.
We arrived on Sunday around 1 pm to get the boat when an awkward situation happened. The cashier at the office was about to give us the boat chose by my family when the owner of the place arrived and said that
