Yoga is an extremely effective and proven therapeutic modality to help heal from injury and illness. When you are moving through and experiencing a specific injury or illness, stress inevitably becomes or already is a factor in the experience. Chronic stress can lead to a variety of health and emotional problems.
Yoga is the name given to an ancient practice that helps to create a sense of union in all aspects of ourselves; in body, mind and spirit. People have been practicing yoga for thousands of years in order to feel at peace with themselves. Moving your body into poses and exercises is the most commonly known form of yoga.
Here are a few things you can do to ensure both you and your fellow yogi's have a great experience every class. Remove your shoes at the top of the stairs at our entrance before proceeding into the either of the yoga studios. Our studio spaces are SILENT spaces - sit or lie down and enjoy the quiet before class.

I had my first Yoga class here this morning and I felt great afterwards. The studio is wonderful and we had a killer sunrise to boot!

I wish I didn’t live so far away from PG, because I’m in love with this studio. They seem very accommodating and understanding of all levels and health issues. 10/10!
