Wasn't happy with the service. Service call fixed nothing, Got billed and paid for it immediately. They said I needed a new AC unit. A month later they finally called to get more info so they could complete the quote (never did receive one). The next day I got another call saying I had a outstanding amount. Pat called me back and reduce the bill somewhat and I paid it and will never go back.
