I just love this business, sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of options is extensive for every taste. I also found their prices competitive with lots of options at every price point. Custom flooring did a fantastic job of removing and disposing of our old gross carpet. We had vinyl plank put in and it looks beautiful. Installation was done quickly and tidely and I would not hesitate using them again. Thank you! P.S . they came in UNDER budget!

Great choice of product, and very talented installer. We had Tommy as our guy doing installation of wool carpet for one of my clients who wished to upgrade his home with eco-friendly wool carpet. Tommy was a very focussed installer, and delivered a perfect result. We enjoyed working with Sam and the crew at the Powell River location. Initially, working through our GC, we chose a bathroom vinyl. Later one, we ordered a wall-to-wall installation for our odd-shaped loft and stairs up. Both jobs were done to our complete satisfaction at good prices. We'd particularly like to note the carpet installer Kevin's nice work. Thanks!
