Jana has been a Medical Esthetician in the Ottawa area since 1994. A graduate of the Ottawa School of Electrolysis and Aesthetics, her extensive training in dermatology and electrolysis combined with her experience as a graduate nurse gives her a great understanding of her client's needs. Dr Roburn is Fantastic. He is kind, sympathetic, and quite knowledgeable. His receptionist, however, is useless. I've been waiting over a month for a return call for an appointment (to make up for another appointment that was booked that I was never informed about)
The last time I was into the office, I was running behind and called to let the office know that several hours in advance. Dr. Michael Robern is one of those example doctors who you want to be treated by. I’ve gone to too many doctors before, but my appointment with Dr. Robern was different. He is a guru, nerd, geek or whatever else you can call him. Very well educated. Well read. If you were able to get an appointment with him - you are lucky.
