We also advise workers who feel that they are not adequately represented by their unions. We also conduct workplace Cultural and Human Resources Audits. We advise management as well as unionized and non-unionized employees, on human rights issues in the workplace. We offer employers a range of human resources support including policy development, preparing employee handbooks and performance management.
