We feature a diverse and evolving inventory of work representing artistic practices that include painting, sculpture, mixed media/assemblage, textile, wood, glass and ceramic from many of the most practiced artists working in Niagara today.

The recovery of beauty is of primary concern in Langbroek's art works. We encounter a vast amount of fragmentation and brokenness. Langbroek assembles objects, materials, paint and images using aesthetic and cultural implications that can tell our story of suffering and joy, brokenness and wholeness, ugliness and beauty intertwined in a kind of reconciliation of an aesthetic of beauty.

Working in oil and inspired by the world around him, Darrell's favourite subjects include local land and seascapes. He also has a keen interest in portraiture and figurative work.
Deteriorating architecture, eroded monuments, derelict machinery, lichen covered stone, ruins, fossils, steps worn by a million feet. History speaks to me.
