They are the worse agency to deal with do not get insurance with this company. I asked for a policy. I canceled my policy to get their policy. I confirmed it with the agent Pablo Courtes via phone and email. He gave me a confirmation $153 for the month for car insurance. Somehow he did not follow through, come back to tell me that it was not confirmed till October 7. When I had confirmed September 16 and had canceled my other policy. Tell me there is a gap and I was driving without insurance, now my policy will be $215. Then I tried to cancel the policy they want to charge me $435. For what...

Horrible experience with the agency. Agents do not provide you complete information about the policy over the call. When you complain about that over an email, you don't even get proper response from them explaining that you should already know this, we can't spoon feed you the detail. Some agents are even rude. I ended up paying penalty to my bank because of incomplete information from agents. Soon cancelling my policy with this agency. Please stay away from this kind of agency that puts you under lot of stress.

**BEWARE** I have had the WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance company here. BEWARE OF YOUR QUOTES. Once my quote was finalized, I chose to proceed with Desjardins and my policy was subsequently bound and I made my first payment. I then received a phone call from Brij 3 weeks LATER and was told that they found out I had a speeding ticket from March 4, 2016. Note, the date today is Feb 22, 2019 -- therefore THIS TICKET WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY DRIVING RECORD in 10 DAYS. Although I advised Brij that this ticket should have been accounted for and Desjardins should ensure to do their due

Make sure you have a lawyer on stand by they are very sneaky with making "mistake" another word take more then they should.

I had my my insurance with this office for years and my premiums kept increasing once I was off my parents insurance.
