Horrible Customer Service. Reception NEVER picks up the phone-they screen ALL their calls so as soon as you call back, they will not pick up because they see that you just called from the same number. Get a different doctor somewhere else because you will never get any service from Portage Medical Clinic unless you actually walk into the place. Very cruel of Receptionists.

The place is a joke, "walk in" is by appointment only, front staff can't even get a persons name right, calling me Darin on the phone. They book you appointments with a new family doctor only to cancel a month later and tell you your SOL because THEY messed up and booked you with a Doctor who's not actually taking new patients. Now I'm told I need to call the back second week of march (4 weeks away) and try again to get put on a waiting list to see a family Doctor, when their incompetence caused this issue.

Portage walk in clinic - Receptionist have no manners. Customer service is not priority. Drs need to do their services. If the hours are 9 - till whenever be there to start, if they can't be there have a back up. If people ran business like they did they be closed. Horibble, horrible. When's the RHA going to wake up and smarten up the Portage walk in Clinic.

Wasn't impressed. I can not believe the wait times. Some people need to look to themselves and ask if this really necessary to be here. Like omg it's a cold go ask a pharmaceutical department for info. I've heard over a hour wait times for even birth control refill. Seriously. The doctors on staff and nurses should really team up with the receptionists and better organize that wait times.
