At Shanidar Funeral Services, we take great pride in caring for our families and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one. In addition to the services we offer, you will receive an online memorial that you can share with family and friends. While honoring your loved one is our top priority, we also want to help you through this difficult time.
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. A funeral service is a special time for family and friends to comfort one another, begin to find healing and celebrate a life well lived. Whether you choose burial or cremation, you can hold a funeral service to honor your loved one.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences which can occur among family members.
It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value and inspires us with their life stories. Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, it was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.

Love and care, as they took me into their arms when they met me to attend the Prayers service for my older sister. For my family and for our lost loved one. Care and love.
