If you are going to order from Ashton Drake NEVER order from the Bradford Exchange. I still have not received my doll that was Shipped Nov. 5th 2021. I got a notice when I checked there so xalled tracking stating that they knew that some packages were going to be late but it would most likely be on time. HA. That was right around the time of the BC floods. Now and even at the end of December there so called tracking thing is back to the way it was.
I have messaged them twice and it says they get back to you within 1 business day that was 1 month ago and 1 week ago. There contact for also states

I ordered a daughter wish jar that was supposed to deliver December 24, 2021.
They kept on telling me the order shipped but would provide no information.
Last week they said it was being returned to them because delivery was refused.
That never happened! They then said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to have it shipped to me.
I cancelled the order and will never order again.

I ordered the "Always Together" ring.
It is advertised as "...handcrafted of solid sterling silver, set with up to 8 crystal birthstones and engraved with up to 8 names of your choice." What arrived was not as pictured.
The only handcrafted part is possibly someone jamming the "gemstones" sloppily into the casings. It is not even truly braided sterling silver as it appears. It's appears to be stamped metal, possibly injection moulded.
Shipping cost $16.99, it didn't even arrive at the Canada Post facility in its origin point until almost a week past the last day of the "delivery window", meaning

I ordered multiple items and the delivery date was before Christmas as it is mentioned on their website. when I received the confirmation after I pain almost $1800, it was Jan. 17, 2022 ???. I called the customer service and I was told they can not help me but when I send an email, they responded fast and checked and got back to me right away that all items were shipped already Dec. the 9th and expected to be delivered after 7-10 days. I put 4 stars as I did not receive it yet, if it happens on time, I will give them 5 stars.

I purchased the Harry Potter village. I get a house every 30-60 days. I was not sure at first if I would continue as I never fell in love with the first couple of houses. However, I now love them. I am now on house 16, the bank and weazleys joke shop are my favorite. Hagrids, shrieking shack, leaky Cauldon, and whopping willow are also very cool. The castle is small so I was disappointed in that one and the train does not light up. The houses are battery operated so it could be a pain to turn on each one individually but I found a plug in battery source that lights10 houses at once. After the first

Absolutely AWFUL!!! IF I could offer 0 stars I would. I placed an order with the understanding it would not take 2 months to arrive. Then after no confirmation email whatsoever was received, I managed to track down the information for my order on their site (on my own I might add) I realized the order placed on 11/25 would not be delivering until 1/14. After reaching out to customer service multiple times with no response I had followed up again with the order yesterday only to find they had cancelled it. Absolutely ridiculous!!. If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered what I thought was a collection of zippo lighters and one time payment and thought it would arrive all at once and found out after the first zippo was delivered it was a monthly subscription so called to cancel. I received invoice after invoice after invoice until I called again to cancel my ALREADY CANCELLED subscription and today opened up my mail to find a collection notice for the already Twice cancelled subscription. Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Ordered wrong product, and canceled same day. Had to wait TEN DAYS for refund. Tried to order another product and they didn't ask for payment information, so I assumed they still had it on file. They didn't and asked me to call customer service on my order page. No emails sent whatsoever asking for this, had to physically check my order page. I called customer service and they asked me to give my credit card info over the phone LOL ya no thanks. Ordered Mountaintop Majesty Eagles. They were supposed to be handcrafted and painted and is suppose to be Limited addition.
Got the order in Styrofoam box, no documents were enclosed in case there is return and eagles are nowhere near what is advertised. Instead being handcrafted is all plastic. Further more now since i did not receive return address label and return information card I have to wait with my return until I get all this in the mail since link that you provide can not be open. then again have to wait 30 days for warehouse to process the return and than again one to two weeks for refund

I ordered several items from Bradford Exchange Canada. (Harry Potter Christmas Village, calendar and snowballs). I have always been satisfied with the product received. Good quality , paint job, fast shipping and well protected. For products in collection mode (i.e. approximately one every month), yes it happens that the product is back ordered but I always managed to talk to customer service via their Facebook and I always received a response in less than 24 hours and I was sent other parts in the meantime in order to avoid that I am late on the collection or at least, received a follow-up.
