SO DISAPPOINTED! I purchased the deluxe interior package that included exterior wash and interior vacuum, dusting, window cleaning, interior hard surfaces, vents, nooks deep cleaned, interior and exterior vinyl protection. Cost $249. Supposed to take 2 hours. I was out of there in less than an hour. The interior looks great. The exterior still had dirt on the doors(not talking only a little, talking about a film on the bulk of the door surfaces) and when I asked the fella handing me my keys why they didn't clean the doors he told me that the exterior wash is touchless and so they couldn't clean

Went in to get my grandmothers car washed and the manager (I think his name was Patrick) was a very professional and kind man. The staff was very friendly and even took it upon themselves to help my grandmother figure out what she needed and went above and beyond on customer service. They did an amazing job and I appreciate how beautiful the car came out.

Been coming here for a few years and have nothing but great things to say. I'm pretty picky about having a clean car and they always exceed expectations. Recently decided to get the monthly subscription, no regrets. Patrick, the manager, is extremely friendly and efficient. He has a great tan too.

I was greeted and welcomed by Patrik with a friendly smile when I pulled up. He explained the services very well to me as this was my first time and I did not know what services were offered.
The behind the scenes staff are also amazing at what they do.

This place is a complete rip-off. Total lack of attention to detail and no quality control. I sent my vehicle back TWICE with feedback for what was missed and I still walked away unhappy.
The cost was $475 with an estimated cleaning time of 2 hours. I got my vehicle back in 40 minutes and as I said, it was not even close to the level of cleanliness I expected/consider acceptable.
This company treats the vehicle the same whether you pay $50 or $500. There is no supervision to ensure they actually clean the vehicle to a high quality. I'm seriously still in shock at how preyed upon I felt walking

Was greeted by Patrick today who went through the options with me, as we had out-of-town guests arriving and the car needed extra attention to be presentable. Been here for the first time but sorry to say if I could put efforts and clean my vehicle myself I would definitely clean it more better than these guys found lots of streaks on the front glass and side window glass and tires didn’t cleaned and polish properly and dash was completely looking awful with excessive oil or polish they used I attempted to clean my vehicle before sell it but I had to re-clean everything myself $249 just went on waste. usually I don’t really give bad reviews to anyone but I used their service to give my car a nicer look so that It leaves a good impression towards

They generally do a pretty good job, but the constant upselling of additional services gets really tiresome very quickly. You have to ask how much each upgrade costs because they don’t tell you. Pretty easy to end up with a $100++ car wash if you aren’t paying attention.

Very happy to have made the trek to Calgary and get my car washed here. It wasn't the primary reason for the trip, but I'd consider the drive just to have my vehicle detailed at this location.
What. A. Customer. Experience! Stellar, and I mean stellar service from the lot attendant to the vehicle detailers. I greatly look forward to returning in the near future. Just wow!

Just want to get ahead of the convoluted stories to follow this afternoon. I stopped by bubbles for a quick wash which turned into about an hour. Which is okay because I understand the fact that quality takes time.Two customers decided to complain heavily and involve the police stating bad service. In bubbles defense it is a car wash/detail… oriented business. If you are interested in a quick wash there is one down the street that takes all of five minutes. However you do not get the expertise given to you by this wonderful company. Good things take time and if your patient you will be happy

Don't waste your time here. We were charged $620 for the "full meal deal" of car detailing. When we went back to our vehicle, it literally looked like someone took a dirty rag to it. Upon notifying them, they promised to do it again and apologized as it was clearly a joke. They called us back and before heading back a second time, we asked the manager to have a peek and if it wasn't actually ready, to please send it back a third time. They sent it back a third time! My first experience nearly $500. The car looks marvellous however someone should have mentioned the upholstery would still be soaking wet the next day. I had mentioned we were leaving for a long drive through the mountains the next day and was assured it would be fine. Absolutely isn’t. We are sitting in very wet seats and when we get out our feet leave wet footprints on the pavement from the wet carpeting. No impressed at all.

Please DO NOT use this outlet for your car detailing. The worst customer service you can get. They lost my floor mat of my brand new vehicle during 30 mins wash. I waited another 1 hour for them to find out the lost one, without luck. The technician told me I saw the mat, but might have misplaced it. I had just bought a 1995 Cherokee with a huge lift kit and a ton of aftermarket features I was very proud of so I decided to have it washed and boy was I disappointed the service was fine and the lady tried to make it up to me but the damage is still there.
The rubber around my windows was ripped off and torn and just hanging there.
I can't believe a jeep in such nice shape survived from 95 to here and was wrecked in seconds in this car wash. I am immensely disappointed. The lady who took it in even complimented it, and said it was in beautiful shape.

I went in for a basic wash for their early bird special. Service was fast and efficient. Service rep tried to up sell me to an undercarriage wash for $10 more, but I declined. It was nice to be able to sit inside and wait instead of sitting in my car. The car was clean after 15 minutes of waiting, however, it doesn't look like they waited for it to dry as there were watermarks dripping from my trunk as well as my side mirrors. Their website advertises hand drying. I ended up Windexing and wiping those down myself. Also, I had just vacuumed the interior myself and their were footprints all

Failed. Damaged my new BMW. Took zero responsibility.
I paid almost 80 bucks to get what I thought would be a premium car wash only to have my vehicle damaged. They used pressure washers on the 3M coating and blasted water under the coating. I took my concern all way to the General Manager on sight. He hid behind the idea that he could not see the incident on his videos camera footage and then blamed the BMW for improper instalation. The BMW dealer confirmed it caused by the pressure washer.
Bubbles did not refund the 80 bucks for the car wash, did not accept responsibility for
