I appreciated everything that NTRC has done for me in the way of all treatments concerning my accident. Wonderful facilities everything is all in one space for every concern the patient has. the facility is instrumental in getting me back on my work. Doctors are great and so is the entire staff. 1 Do I need to make an appointment? 2 Do you take OHIP? Natural Touch Rehabilitation Centre is not an OHIP funded facility. We are GLA:D certified. 3 Do I need a doctor's note? At Natural Touch our therapists are licensed and registered to provide treatment and dispense medical products. However some insurance companies do require a referral in order to consider payment.
Chiropractic treatment is one of the largest health care professions in Canada. First off I don’t leave reviews too often cus it takes time out of my schedule but this place has been absolutely unacceptable! They seem to typically triple book patients simultaneously and rather than spending 1 hour, you have to spend likely 3 hrs Cus they are treating multiple patients at the same time. What’s the point of an appointment then? They should call themselves a walk-in service. At times, my husband and I would just be sitting in the treatment room waiting for someone to come by for 30-45 mins. Apart from that, the physio I’ve gotten straight up told me she’s too tired to

What an amazing facility - the providers are so skilled and they customize a health plan just for you. This is the first place that actually took the time to understand my injury and for the first time in years I feel better. Best admin staff ever - so welcoming and helpful. They said my job is to get better and they will take care of the rest and they mean it!! Thank you Baby, Sana and Kayla you guys are terrific. And Sam - you are fantastic and so amazing in dealing with my insurer. Definitely recommend Natural Touch.

I went here with a horrible muscle spasm, couldn't look straight, couldn't move my neck at all. The staff is amazing, from Sana at the reception, to Dr.Jay the physiotherapist, Kamil the assistant, and Dr.Samar the chiropractor, they are all exceptional and so kind!
I went in initially for their chiropractic services but given how bad my situation was I was referred to Jay, and I am so glad I was. He was not only patient but took the time to really explain exercises I could do at home which helped me so much
I truly felt like my concern was theirs and everyone was looking to help. I would recommend

Not good experience there. Not really care of patient. All is about doing business. They don't address the right pain position. Desperate patients there will be undergone treatment in bunch around 15mins-30mins/each. After finishing, the therapist will move on to next patient. Pay same price as many other places without proper care. Highly recommend not to go there. The therapist did not use proper range of wave (machine). It prevented patient able to get healed in one or two treatments so they have to come back again and again. All about $$$.

It's really true they only care about $$$. My first visit i walk in right when they open due to my pain. I'm the first one in there. I ask if I should just come back after waiting 15mins. The receptionist tells me just a few more mins. 2 ppl come in and are treated before me. After 40 more mins the recceptionist tells me the physiotherapist still has to attend to other patients and I'm not priority. Unbelievable

Very, Very disappointing. Referred to centre by a parent who goes to Brampton location and had a good experience. Our visit was a let down and waste of time and $. Entry door handicap access broken (! they treat people with injuries, crutches etc.) the paperwork took more time than the appointment, it's a walk in centre and was told the wait would be minimal.. but wait was significant.. and I preferred to book an appointment and could not, and finally the therapist was not helpful at all. DO NOT waste time and money going to this location. Pictures on website look great and equipment on website
