Retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces as a Construction Engineering Superintendent David Hinz has more than 35 years of experience dealing with building construction; maintenance; Project Management; and Property Management.
D&D Inspections perform each and every inspection compliant with CAN/CSA A-770-16 "Home Inspection' Standard" in association with Alberta Professional Home Inspector Society (aphis) and in doing so inspect all building systems and components, listed within the Standard, that are readily accessible and visually observable installed systems and we provide a written report detailing the systems and components installed which, in the opinion of the inspector, are significantly deficient or are near the end of their service lives.

I called around trying to find somebody who could do an inspection on a wood-burning stove in our cottage. Happened to come across David's number, and gave him a call. He was very accommodating with coming out to our cottage on the weekend we were going to be there, and was very friendly and informative. He made the drive out from St. Paul, (which was about 75 km,) which we really appreciated!
He really went out of his way to explain to us best practices for keeping it operating in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

I actually just had a rather random question on the landlord and tenant regulations. I found this number under property management. I was surprised when he answered "D & D Inspections", thinking I had a wrong number. Instead he was very knowledgeable and eager to help. A very honest sounding person :)
