Onstar set up to have my 2021 Cadillac XT4 to the dealership from the 401 for a flat tire, I was informed due to covid there would be no ride alongs allowed. Therefore I would’ve been left stranded at 6 am in minus10 weather . I’m a Heath care worker who was headed to work in the middle of a pandemic. I picked my vehicle up only to find their tow truck driver got salt and mud all over my interior and had no decency to wipe it down with the microfibre rag sitting in the door... next to the interior spray. Beware of the fees this outfit charges. I was 1km away from the address of this company and the cost to jump start a car was $107. Crazy price for less than a minute of work using a portable battery pack. It took longer to write out the bill than do the service. Even the service technician seemed embarrassed to charge that much for such little effort. I could almost buy a new battery for that price. This company will not be on my call list any longer.
