Do not spend your money on this company. The problems with this business start at its root - owner/operator, Greg. In response to an incident where my pre-arranged airport shuttle did not show up, he was rude, unaccommodating and insulting. As I read through his email stream of offside comments, attempts to evade my questions, misquoting of information and lies about what had happened, I was appalled. Mostly, he was unprofessional to an extent I have never experienced with a company claimed to be committed to quality customer service. It's a pity his demeanor and lack of business expertise
