In early November 2021, Martin Loranger, the sales representative, from Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing drove to our home in Russell Ontario. He and I walked around the house and he pointed out the various options available to me. Martin provided good advice on the best approach to the installation. He worked out a quote that represented excellent value. At the time, although I was eager to have the work done as soon as possible, he estimated that the installation would likely not be until late January or early February 2022. Martin and his team were here at 09:00 on December 29, one month ahead

I was extremely happy with Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing from my initial contact for a quote to after the installation.
While other companies ignored my phone calls for quotes, Maxime was so responsive to all my questions, requests and came out quickly to give me a quote. Their prices are also very reasonable. The team that came out to install the eavestroughing was professional and very nice. They took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was where I wanted it.
They are a great family business and care about customer satisfaction.

Maxime and the entire crew at Precision were just fantastic! Professional and responsive, they were quick to provide me with a detailed quote showing all of my options. Once I agreed to proceed with the work, they gave me a good estimate of when I could expect the service to commence. Closer to the date, Maxime sent me a personal update to let me know when his crew would be on site to do the installation. This fall I contacted three businesses for quotes to install eavestroughing on my new garage. Mario came to my home to provide a quote. He provided a competitive quote and I chose Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing. Although they were very busy, as were the other companies, he had an opening that same week. Early one morning the men arrived and installed my new eavestroughing. The color selected matched the flashing on my garage. I inspected the job after completion and found it exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased. We have had some heavy rainfalls this fall, and it preformed very well. Photo

I posted a review about a month back listing issues that I had with this company, and Martin in particular. Immediately after posting, Martin reached out to me and asked if we could meet up to go over my concerns. A few days later he came by my house and we had a very frank discussion. He promised to make things right and we scheduled a rough time for them to come back and do some repairs.
