I am a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I graduated as a Naturopathic Doctor from the 4 year programme at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to that, I obtained my BSc in Biology, with a minor in Environmental Science from McGill University.
An in depth analysis of your health needs and diet will lead to suggested improvements, and prescribed supplements (when appropriate) to address deficiencies, promote health, and treat disease. Based on balancing the flow of Qi (energy) through meridian pathways, Asian medicine includes the use of acupuncture, herbs, and dietary changes.
Naturopathic Medicine is primary health care that focuses on disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment using natural therapies. These therapies can include acupuncture, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, homeopathy and lifestyle modifications. Naturopathic Doctors treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
