They hire unprofessional HR people who are not qualified to hire for a transportation job. I've had two interviews in 5 years. The first guy in 2016 was very unprofessional and rude. The second interview in 2021 was by a spanish woman who was asking many personal questions and had no idea about the industry. There is a reason they always have ads for hiring. They try to find cheap employees to fill their office staff. Hence why they have new immigrant hires in their HR department. The only people who will work for pennies on the dollar in Canada. It is what it is. Just a warning for candidates

Drivers dont come here, They don’t respect you, value your time and treat you like a 2nd class citizen.
Big line for check in took around 1 hour and after finish loading they take more than 40 min to pass you papers work . Also, They will not mention exact time, you been there definitely 2 hour less. They dont count the time you were in line, they believe that drivers chose to stay in line. Stupid people.
Also Sahbaj who is around 40 years old, till now dont know how to speak with customers. Need more training on that.

Critical: Professionalism
Many of their drivers are poor drivers. Warehouse and dock experience varies wildly, from reasonable times to extremely lengthy delays, but I will say that the guys loading out of the Rexdale whse at least do a decent job of loading your cargo and securing it. Hence the 2 stars instead of merely one.

I started my trucking career here in 2016. Management was great aside from few 'yahoos'. Safety manager was very understanding and friendly. The German driver that trained me was great. It's a great company for new drivers to get trained. Why I quit? There was a young dispatcher I never got along with him. 1900 miles in 6 day. Forced to drive in Montreal/Quebec when my home terminal is Etobicoke. I was hired for Etobicoke to USA runs but always ended up driving in Quebec for 4 days in a week. Thanks to that dispatcher. Money isn't great but OK for new drivers. Trucks are equipped with too much
