If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Very unprofessional team, had me drive all the way to their location and when I called to ask for directions the secretary said "we cannot serve you. As we don't notarize these types of documents as per policy." I stated I've spoken with them 3 times to get this document sorted and they did not identify what documents they "will not notarize" nor do they have anything on their website about such. I asked for the policy and she says "we can't serve you, and I'll take it under consideration if we will make a policy regarding that."

The appointment process - love it. click online, in 5 minutes you are done. An email will be followed to confirm the appointment. At the date of the appointment, I read the email and got everything I needed for my appointment. simple and easy.
The mindset - 10 minutes getting things done. Love that. I actually checked my time. From beginning to the end, it took me about 10-12 minutes.
Friendly - Love the laid back environment at the office
Location - Great! Easy for me to go with public transportation.
