I'd like to discuss some strange maladies affecting the new section of Walker Road, from north of the underpass to the connection points at the E.C Row Expressway, and possibly further south.
The only manhole that was identified as seriously defective was recently replaced with a large piece of steel. If you don't guarantee your work, then you should know that this action was performed, on behalf of the citizens of Windsor.
My biggest concern is the proper construction of the Underpass structure, which has too many vertical cracks and fallen concrete pieces to be totally secure.
Have you even
