I have nothing but great things to say about Durham Autohaus (Ryan, the owner is who I was working with). The experience from start to finish was amazing. The work he has done on my car is fantastic, the attention to detail he puts in is amazing, I am very happy with my tints! I am already booked for next week to get some more work done we had spoke about.
I was booked at another shop, they ghosted me & Ryan was able to get me a next day appointment by staying late which was much appreciated!!! 11/10!! I will be sending everyone & anyone who needs work done, here moving forward

Critical: Quality
I am so sad my window tints are bubbling and my remote starter is faulty.. but I cant get them too fix it. Been calling everyday but they don't seem to care so I thought I'd make a review. Please be aware owners name is Ryan and he is the worst human on earth. If he is going to run a business how do you run it like this?

We used Durham Autohaus for tinting our two cars, they were professional, easy to talk to, with quick and reliable service. I was pleased with how the tint turned out and found out they also offer tons of accessories and additional services. We will definitely be returning for service. After reading all the positive reviews I had a good feeling about getting my rear window tint removed. I was told it was in bad shape and they'd do their best. However, a significant portion of the tint specifically around the brake light was still there. Odd how the rest was able to be successfully removed and not the spot that required time and detailed attention. The car was handed back to me with pieces of removed tint on the back seat and floor and the baby car seat was removed and not reinstalled. Not sure if they really "did their best". My friends have encouraged me to share this review
