We had our annual conference in Las Vegas. Before going to Las Vegas, I ordered all of our awards and shipped them to our conference venue. I realized at noon the day of our awards dinner and gala, that one box containing 2 awards did not make it to Las Vegas. I was in a complete panic and started calling local trophy stores, hoping that someone could help me. The first two stores I called gave me a firm no and seemed a little annoyed that I would even call and ask. So when I called A & J Trophy, I was not expecting much. Was I ever surprised! I was just asking for a blank crystal trophy
