I needed to plan an vacation on extremely short notice. I reached out Travel Masters and Daina got back to us immediately. She asked about what I was looking for and took the time to source a good list of options. After we had chosen, she followed up, provided support, and checked in our pre-travel tests and made sure we were ready to go. Even after we returned she followed up again to make sure everything went well, (which it did). I would recommend them to anyone and will be working with them again next time!

I have had to pleasure of working with Daina Gasner the past 3 months. With a lot of patience and kindness, she has helped me plan my first solo trip. She works very hard to find the right travelling arrangements for her clients, as well as finding amazing deals. Additionally, Daina also planned a few trips for my family, which have been spectacular as well. We used Travel Masters and Fil to book our wedding to Riviera Maya this past November. Fil was amazing for the entire year leading up to the wedding. From helping us sort through resorts and venues to find the best fit to getting all of our extended friends and family (nearly 100 people) sorted out and booked. Fil went above and beyond, handling… every issue perfectly - ensuring we were kept stress free! I can honestly say we would've not been able to have such an amazing wedding if it weren't for Fil and Travel Masters. I would highly recommend to any and everyone looking to book a trip

My husband and I recently contacted Travel Masters to help us plan our honeymoon. The representative from Travel Masters helped us find a trip that fit our budget and interests. We found an option that we were comfortable with and we asked her to go ahead and book the flights only. When reviewing what we were charged on our credit card, we noticed… a charge to the airline and a separate Vancouver-based charge of $500. When asked about the nature of this charge, the Travel Masters representative told us it was "taxes and fees" associated with the flight. To our knowledge, we were not supposed

We have used Tavelmasters on several occasions for long haul flights and cruises. They have always been extremely helpful and professional and we have never had a problem or anything go wrong from start to finish. It is worth mentioning that we live in the Highlands of Scotland, so their expertise isn't just for Canadians to are advantage of. They will always be our first choice when organising a trip

I want to thank Lynn Bahnman, senior travel consultant. She went over and above one would expect when I popped in asking for airfares to get back home overseas the day after my father died. She listened searched and checked, showed concern for my daughter who would have to fly at another date alone, took her time and never made me feel rushed or 'difficult' in my requests.
