They have a closing sale, but some stuff there was pretty cool and reasonable price.

I'm so happy that a lot of pipol see the rudeness and lack on the staff in this store.

Terrible customer service. Staff are lazy and rude, and have zero product knowledge. Items are vastly overpriced. Run by cowboys.

Still quite expensive and the staff isn't friendly. Everything is locked away and packed making it difficult to see items.

The couple that owns this store is amazing. My boyfriend and I often go in and scope things out. Today we went in for my birthday and found a beautiful ring and a tea set. They were so friendly and offered a lot of help when trying to decide what to get (ultimately I bought both!). While standing at the counter waiting for the tea set to be wrapped up, a song about a birthday came on and the man turned up the volume and smiled at me. It made my day.. it was such a sweet gesture and even my boyfriend teared up a little bit. Such a sweet couple. Be sure to visit before it closes! (They're retiring

It is a great place to find some treasury. The owner is going to retire. There is a closing sale now.

I believe that Heirlooms is the worst antiques store that I have ever come across. A pompous group of unprofessional individuals that are not willing to help and just wanting to gouge you for items of which they have little knowledge on. No wonder they have so much inventory. Take your business elsewhere if you are considering going here.

Silence.
Not a hello, not an acknowledgement that I had entered their shop. They were too busy watching a video on their computer. The place was empty. No customers. Lots of antiques, but grossly overpriced. Even when I was at the glass counter looking at the wares within, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, I still was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Both of them ignored me completely....they will NEVER see a dime from me!!
