Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) conjures images of precise dismounts and stunning twists. T&T gymnasts exemplify aerial speed and power in their dynamic routines. Trampoline became an Olympic sport at Sydney 2000. Canada has won seven Olympic medals in the event to date, highlighted by having a woman on the podium at the first five Games.

Our History The Grande Prairie Gymnastics Society is proud to be a part of the Grande Prairie community for over fourty years!. The Grande Prairie Gymnastics Society was founded in 1973 by a group of parents including Dr. Bob Waldenberger and Diana (Kuhlman) Tissington, who shared the same passion for gymnastics.
This fun and dynamic program consists of foundational Trampoline and Tumbling skills. Participants are engaged through skills that are introduced and built upon as the athlete's skill level increases. The program has been designed to incorporate strength, flexibility, and gross motor development. Parents can expect a 10-minute warm-up activity including stretching.
