Angie is Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer of Home Care Assistance (HCA) of Mississauga and Oakville. Angie comes from a diverse background of finance and media communications. Her past experiences include back office operations in the finance sector where she honed her attention to details and customer service skills.
Home Care Assistance caregivers are the core of the home care experience. They are carefully selected to deliver the highest quality of care and must demonstrate compassion, professionalism and dedication to elderly seniors. An excellent provider that met my needs. I required assistance to have same-day surgery because patients cannot travel alone after anesthetic or be alone after getting home. Family was not available because of Covid. The PSW provided exactly the assistance which I had requested, and was professional, polite, respectful and helpful (and on time). I would be happy to use this company again.

Home Care Assistance Oakville helped our uncle transition onto a Memory Care Floor at Sunrise Oakville during a 14 day Covid quarantine. From our first 2 hour! zoom meeting with Jeanette to communicating with the caregivers daily, we were very impressed by the level of dedication, creativity and understanding of caring for a person with Alzheimer's. My elderly mother was being discharged from hospital, and there were great concerns about her being in her home alone. Jeanette Bock was recommended.
