I'm a duplex homeowner for investment purposes and my basement tenant called me complaining about an unadvised maintenance of the driveway which she uses to enter and exit her appartment. I went to see and saw an impermaseal sign on the lawn. To my dismay my driveway was ruined with pieces of asphalt removed, caulking I put on cracks removed and the paint sealant I applied removed.
